What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that focuses on functional movements, performed at high intensity, with varying combinations and stimulus. What that means is the workouts are never the same, the movements almost always correlate to real life, and intensity is a relative term.

You can expect an hour long class, of 2 - 15 people. Led by a trained professional. You will get a warm-up, develop a skill or strength, and Metabolic Conditioning (we call it a METCON). The people around you will be both highly motivated to do well, and to see you do well too! That is what separates us from any other type of gym.
